1. Phoenixads service

Phoenixads is a production growth-operations workspace for authorized organizations to review organic performance, paid-media evidence and sales operations.

2. Authorized connections

Only a channel owner or an authorized organization member may connect a TikTok account. The connected account must belong to, or be managed for, the organization using the workspace.

3. TikTok data and permitted use

Phoenixads uses TikTok Login Kit and Display API for the approved read-only scopes. It reads authorized profile and public-video information for reporting. It does not publish content, send messages, change account settings or collect TikTok passwords.

4. Account security

Users must protect their Phoenixads credentials and manage workspace membership responsibly. Access credentials for third-party integrations are encrypted at rest and used only to provide the requested integration.

5. Disconnecting and data requests

A Workspace Owner may disconnect a TikTok channel at any time. This revokes the stored connection credential and stops future synchronization. Data-removal requests are handled through the organization workspace support process.

6. Service changes and availability

Phoenixads may improve its product and integrations over time. Third-party platform availability, metrics and API permissions remain subject to the applicable provider terms and policies.
